Today I was really reminded of our time in Berkeley: sunny, blue sky, very agreeable temperature around 20 degrees celsius and everybody just feeling fine. So I found some green asparagus, some nice freshly laid eggs and new potatoes – and made a delicious frittata! I got this recipe from my nice friend Jess back then and was inspired by another one to quickly write it up. So here it is! Hope you will like it (and get some California feeling).
